Dear Mr Brown,
I am writing to bring to your attention an issue which I have been facing from the last 2 working days. This nuisance has decreased my productivity drastically as it is taking me longer than usual to compile my daily reports and presentations.
Since the previously scheduled software update that took up exactly 2 days ago, my workstation has become extremely slow in every task; from navigating between numerous documents to shutting or powering it up.
As stated above, while I am working, my desktop takes 2 to 3 minutes to open simple word documents and editing a file has become a laborious task because of the lack of real-time responsiveness. Due to the sluggish workstation, drafting a presentation or sales quotes is taking double than the expected time, eventually slowing me down.
Because this problem has decreased my productivity, I would request you to either replace my faulty desktop or ask someone in the Technical Support department to look into this. Please do let me know if I have to write or raise a ticket so that this nuisance can be solved as soon as possible.
