Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am a premium customer of your service and writing to complain about the international call charges added to my phone bill for the month of January 2019. This was unexpected to me as I do not have any foreign relatives or official contacts to whom I could possibly connect through my mobile. Additionally, I do not remember lending my phone to anyone for them to make such calls.
More specifically, the timestamp of these calls are in the evening between 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. during which I never used my phone. I am keen on my fitness and I workout at the gymnasium daily during this time. Ideally, the phone would have been in my personal locker at the gymnasium so by no means I could have made these calls.
I would request your team to rectify the errors and send me the updated bill. I will be looking forward to hear from you at the earliest. Thank you.
Yours sincerely,
Prasad.
