Dear sir or Madam,
I am writing in regards of the acknowledgement letter of the new debit card. I did receive two letters from the bank so far. one for acknowledging of card and recent one that suppose to have my cards but Unfortunately, when i checked my mail box, the package was open with no card and PIN. Circumstance could have gone worse if I would not have profoundly taken appropriate action.
Someone could have potentially withdrawn enough money from my account, I was much worried about my card Since it was pre-activated from the bank along with PIN for my online banking. However, right away after i saw the letter, I registered the complaint to the customer care support center as preventive action, already asked to block the card now. Before I did that I had got $100 withdraw alert from the bank which I suspect due to that.
Even though, New card is in blocked status, I must say that update my security prospect to person collection of any important document from the Bank as I am not to far. On the other hand, I would request you to take necessary action for the fraud transaction on my account and investigate about the happened. Please contact me on +1 647-888-2244
I hope that you will provide the resolution soon on the matter.
