• Explain why you have moved
• Describe the new house
• Invite your friend to come and visit

Dear Johnny,

It`s been so long since we met last month. Everything should be fine since you have returned to your native suburb in England. I`m writing to inform you that I have just moved to a new house in the city center.

I had a rental problem with my previous house lord, so I decided to move to a new bigger house. When he decided to increase the monthly rent, I took a decision to get a mortgage from the bank and own a house. Mortgage responsibilities are quit high, but my family was very supportive to take this step. The new house is also accommodate all my family.

You know that my family is quit big. So I chose a large house with two floors, one big kitchen and garden where my kids will be having enough area to play with their peers. My wife is also fascinated with the living room decoration as it belongs to the aristocratic century. I can not forget to tell you about the balcony as you will be getting enjoyed to sit in it during the sunset.

Why do not you come and visit us? I am inviting you to come over any time when you will be available and have a coffee catch up together, but please inform me to be ready with all family.

Seeing you,

Ayoub
