Write a letter to your English speaking friend. In your letter:
1. Explain why you have moved
2. Describe the new house
3. Invite your friend to visit

Dear Sam,
I hope things are going well with you and your family.
Sorry for writing you after a long time as I was busy searching for a new house. It has been a month now and I have finally settled down in this new house.

As you might have noticed from you last visit to previous house that it was space crunched. We just had one bed room to accomodate me, my wife and my kids. Morever, the kitchen & plumbing were in need for renovations but my landlord refuse to get it done.
Nevertheless, I have found a recently renovated house which has 3 bedrooms, an additional bathroom and mordern concept kitchen. As now we have an extra bedroom for the guests, it would be nice if you can make trip to stay with us for a weekend. The new house is just 5 mins walk to beach, which I am sure you would like to explore. I do remember your idea of relaxing viewing ocean from our last trip to Maldives.

it has been a while since we had barbeque together; why not take this oppourtunity to catch up over some good food and beer. Hope you will find time to visit me soon .

Best regards
Veejay
