Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to give my feedback on the short course which was specially arranged for managers at the Hotel President on “Coaching” from 11th August for 2 days.

I and many of other attendees are jubilant with the course because of its contemporary content which is vital to understand for all managers. Moreover, the coach of this program was very intelligent person. The way he opted for presentation was well appreciable and owing to that we have cleared our all doubts.

Additionally, I would like to give valuable suggestions which would help you to plan such programs in better way. Although, all facilities and amenities at hotel were good, the food was very oily and spicy and due to which many of candidates felt uncomfortable after lunch. Furthermore, a venue was quiet away from city which was biggest hurdle for some attendees who came from outside to reach at destination. You should choose venue which is centrally located.

One again thank you so much for such informative course and I am sure my feedback and suggestions matter a lot to you.

Yours faithfully,
Smith John
