Dear sir,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with your car rental service that I took from your company last week.
I have an agreement with your company to rent a car for three days.The cost will be 5000 taka each day.I also paid 10000 taka in an advance for your security purposes.The agreement was that the car driver will pick us from our house individually,but when I called your office they informed me that we all should come in one place for pick up .it was so unprofessional behavior.The air conditioning system of the car was very bad.its not working all three days.we were very uncomfortable in our trip.
Apart from that the window glass of the car was so tight for opening and the car was so old which was not expected by us.
We were extremely excited about our trip but hiring a car from your company we experienced very bad.I paid big amount for this rental car but your service was very poor.I am requesting your company to refund 50% of the full amount.
