Dear Sir Or Madam,

I am writing this letter to you on the issue of accommodation allocate me. I am leaving on the level four, Room no – 428, I shared this room like other students in this premises. But this fellow makes my life zombie. His behavior is so ugly to me. Firstly, speak louder when he is reading, I cannot focus on my subjects. Secondly, he has a bedtime reading habit, usually, he reads at night with the main light turn on. Which disturbs me in sleeping. Third, he borrows my things without asking my permission. You know how annoying when someone uses your towel, perfumes and clothes. I have worn him so many times not to use bad words, but this time he got physical with me. Now, this is time watering over on my head.

I request you to kindly sift me in a separate room where I can concentrate on my studies. As you know I am score very goods great in my first and second term but if this routine continues with me then I believe this can affect my studies and grades. I am not asking for more facilities, just allow me one separate room with bedsheet and study table. Enough for me.

Looking forward to hearing from very soon.

Yours faithfully,
Budebs.
