Dear Sir,
I am writing to you requesting a change of accommodation preferences as soon as possible. I have tried to accommodate through various means, however it is unlikely for my roommate to abide by any change. Thus, an alternative accommodation would be the best solution.
Due to my various academic courses, I spend majority of my time studying. It is difficult to study while my roommate watches television or plays loud music. He fails to abide by any of my rules, hence I feel uncomfortable while preparing for an exam or completing assignments. Secondly, I am not comfortable to clean up a dirty room of soiled clothes, food, and trash. He does not like to maintain a clean environment.
I am considering a separate room with no roommates.I would like the room to be near my campus and furnished with basic necessities. I look forward to your response and accommodation arrangement.
