Dear Sir or Madam,
I'm writing to notify the management of Konga online shopping mall that the item I ordered two days ago is yet to be delivered.
I purchased a gift pack from your shopping mall on the 16th of july 2016, at about 7:00am in the morning. This was in regards to the party I was planning on the 17th of july 2016 and my order was not delivered to me. The party pack contains bouncing castle, flute set, rainbow mats, mask for girls, cupcakes and packed drinks for children.
As a matter of fact, I urgently needed this gift pack to celebrate my daughter's birthday and no other alternative plan was made for the day. Imagine my surprise when one of the biggest malls couldn't deliver my gift and no call was placed across to inform me of any delay or problem as regards my order. My guests were disappointed at the poor planning, all thanks to konga, the party was ruined.
I therefore request for a refund of the money I paid to buy this party pack and also, the extra fee I paid for the delivery of this item to my house. I've attached a photocopy of the receipt for proper verification and my account details for the refund.
