I am writing in connection with your letter asking for a feedback about the journey that I took on your flight last week to Sydney, Australia.
I would like to explain the reason why I chose your service in the first place. Comparing with your counterparts in the industry, I personally experienced more convenience at your facilities. For example, seating arrangements are outstanding on all your flights. Likewise, my family members including my mother and wife, always suggest me to book air tickets with your company only when it comes to the journey of long distance.
Not to mention the customer service from boarding point to arrive at the destination. We are pleased about your staff's services at the airport and inside the plane, as they very warm and welcoming.
Although from the service point the quality is outstanding, the quality of food that provided during the journey could have much better. Because we felt the dishes served were quite uniform all the time and were not really great in quality and taste. My humble suggestion would be to improve the variety, quality and the freshness of the meals served during the journey.
