First, I would like to express my gratitude for the great service received during our workshop today, it was impressive how you managed to get everything right and accommodate our huge group in one conference room.
Secondly, I want to tell you that I noticed while arriving at home, that I left some important papers in one of the hotel facilities. I think I left my documents in the small meeting room just beside the front desk. I recalled that because I was looking for quite room for a quick call with my manager.
I feel stressed for those papers because they contain vital and important information about our company sales for the next years. That paper needs to be signed by the company's general manager tomorrow morning. In addition to that I need to prepare some additional information based on those papers, therefore the urgency to get them as soon as possible.
As mentioned and due to the urgency for this event, would you please go to the room meeting mentioned above and look for my documents, you will notice them immediately because the cover is in orange and yellow. Once you have them, please call me immediately to make sure you have it, then I will arrange some one to collect them and bring them back to my home. Another option is that you keep them in a safe place while I am heading to your facilities. This option can take some hours since I live 100 km away from the hotel venue.
