Essay topics:

You recently attended a meeting at a hotel. When you returned home, you found you had left some important papers at the hotel.

Write a letter to the manager of the hotel.

1- Say where you think you left the papers.
2- Explain why they are so important
3- Tell the manager what you want him/her to do.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to inform you that I have forgotten some important papers during my recent visit to your reputable hotel.

The papers must have been left in the room where we had our business meeting. I could only assume that it either was dropped beneath the table or had been covered under one of the table sheets. I did search my bag which had many files when I returned home, but it did not include those important files. So I strongly believe that I left it during that meeting.

I do not have another copy from those papers and it was original, therefore, it is so important. It will be very difficult for me to issue those papers again from the local authorities. The procedure itself of issuing again only one original paper may take two consecutive months.

The booking reference number of that meeting is WDCRX, and I would request if you could be able to help me find those important documents. You can use the available security cameras at the meeting room to retrieve the footage and know what exactly had happened.

I look forward to receiving my papers as soon as possible.

Yours faithfully,

Ayoub
