Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to inquire about the documents, which I left on one of the tables when I was there for a meeting last week. these documents are very crucial as it belongs to my job, and I hope you would be able to help me locate them.
I think I forgot the documents on our dining table. they were in a black file with our company‘s logo on it. We booked a table for 10 members, and it was in the center of the hall. To the best of my knowledge, this was the only table with maximum number of seats.
these documents are very confidential and it contains valuable information about my company in our client. it is consist of detailed information of our next project including the budget; therefore, they are vital for me and my organization.
if it is not too inconvenient for you, can you please ask your staff to check for this file. if you already have found a file of this description, can you please keep it in a secure location? Also, please give me a call at 705-987-3448, and I will come by and collect it at your earliest convenience.
Thank you so much for your help. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours faithfully,
Jack Smith
