You recently attended a series of English lessons in a language school. However, you were unhappy with the teaching quality.
Write a letter to the director of the school. In your letter:
• explain why you chose to study English at the school
• describe the problems you had with the lessons
• suggest how the classes could be improved

Dear Sir or Madam,

I writing this letter to complain about my experience in the language school in London which I enrolled in June 2019 for one month.

I chose to study English at your premises since I plan to move to the UK as a student next year. Therefore I wish to develop my language skills to an advanced level in order to be accepted to the college.

When the school started on 1st of June, we were placed to the classrooms where the students have different level of language skills. After I recognised the issue, I directly talked with the teacher in my class, however, she said that the classess would be maintained until the proficiency exam which was on 15th of June. Thus, I spent my 2 weeks with students who were more or less capable than me which hampered my comprehension of classess.

I recommend you to arrange the proficiency exam which determines the classes before the start of the classes so as to improve the level of English of the students at a greater extent.

I am looking forward to hearing from you regarding my mail.

Yours Faithfully,
Ali Larter
