You recently attended a series of English lessons in a language school. However, you
were unhappy with the teaching quality.
Write a letter to the director of the school. In your letter:
• explain why you chose to study English at the school
• describe the problems you had with the lessons
• suggest how the classes could be improved

Dear Sir,
I am Mr Shreyas Parab, from batch-B2020/12. I have recently completed The English Complete Guidance course from your school. I am really disappointed by the new methodology and problems faced due to online teaching.
This course was recommended by my friend, he attended the offline lectures before the pandemic situation, and also there is a drastic linguistic improvement in his speaking and writing abilities.
The online lectures were not well organized, frequent internet connection problems during live lectures at a tutor's end and incapability of teachers to teach on a digital platform were the major problems faced by me.
For improvement in future, it would better if the lectures are pre-recorded and time allotment for one-on-one problem solving for the students with respect to English language is included. Additionally, training must be provided to the staff for teaching on digital platforms for effective learning of students.
I hope the feedbacks are taken positively, with the improvement in future programmes.

Your's faithfully,
Shreyas Parab
