I am writing you to express my dissatisfaction about my purchase, which was made 2 weeks ago.
I purchased new blender in you store on 01.09.2016. After a few time I used it, the “PUSH” button on blender stopped working. You cannot imagine, how unhappy I was when it broke, as it was bought for my little daughter.
I contacted your store immediately in order to return the blender and spoke to shift manager. I explained the situation and was very surprised to hear that I had to repair the blender by myself. It was quite a strange answer for new equipment with 2 year guarantee card, so I contacted to the service desk to ask them for help. They also refused to repair the equipment. I was very surprised to see that the new improved model with 2 years of guarantee was refused to change and repair.
I am very disappointed with both equipment and service that I received. As I cannot wait too much, I insist on replacing the purchase to new one or repairing in near 3 days.
