• Describe the problem with the equipment
• Explain what happened when you phone the shop
• Say what you would like the manager to do.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Kanwal Kohli, one of the frequent customers of your shop. I am writing this letter to complain about the Juicer that I bought from your shop, last week on Tuesday.
It is of Panasonic Company and model number is 412322. On the time of purchasing, I was assured by your staff that the quality of blades is very sharpening and it is the best appliance that they can offer. When I reach home, I found that not only the blades of the machine are broken but also jar cap was missing from the box. I immediately called the shop and staff guarantees that they addressed the issue within 2 days but to my surprise, no action was taken since then.
I expect either you provide a replacement product or rectify the issue, if it could be done within 1 day. I hope to hearing from you soon.
Yours faithfully,
Kanwal Kohli
