Dear Sir,

I am writing to you to make a complaint on a rice cooker, I have purchased from your company on 20th of May 2019. However, I tried to use it on the next day, but could not switch on the equipment.

Therefore, I have tried to contact the Sales Manager for five times, finally was able to contact him at my sixth call on the same day. Then, I have complained him that I could not use the rice cooker on the following day of purchases. As a response, to my call he promised me to send a service team on Monday, the 22nd May. It is been a week no, but he did not send the service team to find out the issue in that kitchen equipment.

Consequently, I had to use cooker in making rice for the past week, which made lucrative number of issues for my family members since I am not used to cook rice using a cooker.
Therefore, I request you to immediately send the service team to find out the issue of the appliance and take it for the repair at your earliest. I will appreciate if you could replace with another rice cooker till it is being returned after the repair.

I hope you would give your prompt attention on this matter, since the product is in the guarantee period. If not, please make arrangements to return back the money as I have not used the rice cooker even for a single day.

Yours faithfully,

Sandra
