Dear Ram,
This is Sam tenant of flat no 201 of Apex building from the January 2016. Hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to show, my dissatisfaction towards the performance of the water system in my house. In recent times, there is a lot of water leakage points were observed in the inner walls of the flat.
Last month, when I came back from my trip, I was observed water leakage from the walls. After using the shower, these leakages were found to be prominent. Water leaked from the pipes caused major damage to the sofa sets, bed and my computer tables. Articles made from wood also got damaged severely.
After seeing these leakages, immediately I have consulted a plumber near to the house. He verified the water connections and he did not find any root cause for the leakages. To rectify the problem, immediately send a plumber, who is familiar with water systems in the building.
