Dear Sir,
I am writing in reference to complain about the repair services which were provided by your team in order to fix a technical issue with a newly purchased laptop from your store. Let me explain the situation in detail.
To elucidate I had recently bought a brand new Apple iMac model no XAR-3456 from your electronic store last week. After a week of its purchase, the machine started giving a few problems like blue screen error and frequent battery discharge. Firstly I tried to troubleshoot the issue with your technical services team over a phone call who were unable to provide any resolution and requested me to send the laptop to the nearby service centre. Although the laptop was fixed and was functioning fine for a few days however the problem with battery started resurfacing again last week which has made it an unpleasant experience.
Additionally, I would like to highlight that due to these technical glitches my work is getting affected hence I would request to provide me with a replacement of the laptop as it is still covered under warranty.
