You recently moved to a new house and you want to invite an old friend to stay with you. Write a letter to your friend. In your letter,

invite him to stay and suggest a date
briefly describe the new house and garden
say why you like your new house

Dear Jimmy,

It's been such a long time since I heard from you. I hope you are in pink of your health. I just moved to a new place and I was thinking if you were interested to shift in with me.

The last time we met, we had a talk that you were fed up with your neighbors and that you wanted to get out of that place. Since the house I'm moving in has a spare bedroom, why don't you come and stay with me? The room needs a bit of furnishing but it would just take a couple of weeks. So how about you move in with me by the end of the month?

The house I have taken on lease is a villa and it has 2 bedrooms facing the beach so I'm sure you would enjoy the view from the balcony. It also has a jacuzzi in the backyard and there is a small garden where we can barbeque during weekends.

The reason why I fell in love with this place is because of the location and how well-planned it is. When you enter inside, it is very spacious and it has all the modern amenities. Even the kitchen there is modular which I'm sure you would adore.

Let me what you plan. Hoping to hear back from you soon.

Yours lovingly,
Kith.
