letter to a manager the hotel.

2. Explain why there were unhappy about the food
3. Suggest that manager should do about the food to improve.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am a regular customer of your distinguished hotel at Worli. I frequently arrange events and meeting on behalf of my company ‘Fractal Analytics’. However, unlike other experiences, this one was quite disappointing for me as well as for my guests. Hence, I am writing this letter to show my dissatisfaction about the food served for lunch during the meeting event.

I would first like to tell you about the participant's positive response about the hotel. All the guests were pleased due to the ambience and overall service they received from the hotel staff. Rather they were enjoying the event.

However, according to the observation, the served food for lunch was undercooked. Additionally, some of the cuisines had pungent smell of garlic and onion, which was unacceptable.

By keeping the hotel’s previous services and reputation in mind we will not be going to provide any online negative feedback, but I request you to intervene and scrutinise this matter. Appropriate training to the chefs and supervision by an experienced and capable chef is required in this case, I suppose.

I look forward to hearing from you at the earliest.

Yours faithfully,
Teressa Helen.
