I am writing with regards to a party organized by me for my organization on 12th June. The party was held in your hotel for celebrating the 10th anniversary.
First of all, I would like to thank you for such a great party. It started with award distribution for top performers followed by our director's speech and Finally, ended by a wonderful live music show. It all went so good that we are thinking of celebrating upcoming events in your hotel only.
Secondly, I am overwhelmed by the service of staff members and especially their behavior, for instance, one of our team members broked the glass mistakenly but staff member named Sam was so polite and cleaned the mess immediately. Also to my surprise, I was thrilled when I saw that your hotel managed to get best music band which was like the cherry on the top of a cake.
As I already mentioned, we are thinking of future events to celebrate in your hotel, I would like to advise some improvements like poolside area can be increased. Moreover, lightings in poolside are very dim so you can increase lightings over there.
