Write a letter to the manager of the hotel giving details of what was wrong. Explain what type had to do to overcome the problem at the time say what action you would like the manager to take.
Dear Sir
Last week, I stayed in your Taj hotel in Bangalore for one night. I am writing this letter to inform you about the problems which I faced during my stay.
During my trip, weather of Bangalore was very hot. It was impossible to stay in the room without air-conditioner as the temperature inside the room was very high. When, I switched on the cooling device, I found that it was not working. It was difficult to sleep in extreme temperature. At last, I called to the receptionist. But, he told me that at this time mechanic would not be available. Then, I asked him to arrange a table fan but, I received no response from his side.
To get rid of this issue, I opened the window. As, window had no net, so mosquitoes entered in the room. I was not able to sleep for whole night. Sorry to say, but the experience of the stay at your place was very disappointing. I request you to check all the equipment installed in the room before allocating the room to the guest. Otherwise, you have to suffer from great loss.
