Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction about the cooling system in the Four Seasons hotel during my last visit on 4th April.

Initially, the air conditioner was not working properly which led to an uncomfortable vacation. Due to the sudden rise in temperature, my family and I were not able to sleep well at night.

Consequently, we started to contact the receptionist in order to find a rapid solution to our problem. Unfortunately, they take any action, and when I asked for another room as a replacement, I was told that all of the rooms are occupied. Eventually, I realized that I have to open all of the room windows in order to overcome the high temperature which was completely inconvenient for us.

As a result of this, I request to be compensated with a complete refund as a kind of apology. Furthermore, the hotel should make a weekly check to assure that all of the air conditioners are working well. Finally, if the hotel ignored my ticket, I would publish my story on social media which will become a controversial topic in a few days.

Thanks a lot for your consideration.
Yours faithfully,
Mark Ryan
