Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing in connection with my recent stay at the Hotel Grand Noorjahan in Sylhet. Unfortunately due to the malfunctioning of the heater in my room, I spent two miserable nights at your hotel from 28th to 30th December, 2021.
When I arrived, there was an unexpected cold wave and the temperature dropped to their lowest in Sylhet. I understand that it does not actually get this cold, however, when I got to my room, it was quite chilly. After complaining, a technician was sent up and he later informed me that they had to install a new heating unit. When I asked to be moved to another room, I was told that the hotel was completely booked. Unfortunately, each night after work, I returned to discover the problem had not been solved. Eventually, I spent four uncomfortable and sleepless nights due to lack of a proper heating system.
I was terribly shocked and still remain perplexed about the terrible service quality. This is surely not the service one expects with such exorbitant fees. To compensate me for this tremendous inconvenience, I ask that you allow more to stay at a more conformable suite in the future or refund my money since I was completely fatigued for those two days.
