I think he may made some misunderstanding to me because he treated my phone number as the call center. Furthermore, he will call me at midnight to ask the question which how to use his iPhone. I feel exhausted on account this bothering.
I hope you could do me a favor, you can teach this customer the correct way toc asking for a help. For instance, he could dial the 400 helpline or coming to our store and looking for the support by specialists.
