Dear Toni,
How are you and your family? It’s being so long since we last were in touch, but I haven’t forgotten all the wonderful time we spend together last year.
I am writing this letter to apologies to you for not able to meet you during my visit to San Jose. As we decided unanimously that we will catch up whenever I will visit there and spend time with each other. Unfortunately, I had to revise my plan due to hectic schedule over that weekend.
Firstly, I had planned three days’ tour to San Jose, two days for business and one day was kept for leisure in the pipeline. On the first day, there was a business conference lined up on for full day followed by clients’ meetings the very next day. Regrettably, the client meetings couldn’t be wrapped up on the second day and we had to extend it to next day. Even though, I didn’t want it, but I was helpless on this matter.
Never though, we can still plan to give each other a visit. I remember you have mentioned about a wedding of one of your friend coming up in San Francisco. As San Francisco is 100 miles drive from my city, I can show up there and we can certainly hangout together.

I hope to see you soon.

Warm Regards,
Anh Vu
