Dear sir or madam,
I am writing to complain about the bad service I have recieved from your agency.
My name is Rahi Honarvar and I rented a BMW car from your agancy on 21th of July for 3 days while I was spending my holiday
in Melbourne. As it is clear in my contract, I asked for a special model which was a release of 2017.
Unfortunately, I faced various problems with regard to this car renting. Firstly, when I went to the Melbourn's branch of
your agency they told me that there was not such an order in their list; consequently, I had to stay there for more than 2 hours
till they could find me a car. Secondly, The car was not in a good condition and in the second day of my stay the car broke
down and I had to leave in infront of my hotel. Finally, the terms and conditions of my convection were hazzy and you did not
mentioned some of the issues vividly.
I think that I am entitled to ask for compensation because you ruined my 3-days holiday. I want to ask you to give me back the
rental pay and all the transportation fees that I spent during these days.
