Tell how you knew that person
What do you want to tell that person
Tell how the editor can help you contact that person

Dear Sir,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing about your newspaper that was published last month.

In the Fashion & Style column of your newspaper on 16th April, one of your writers featured an international designer, Kimberly Swan. Kimberly was my childhood friend and we lived in the same neighborhood.

Her parents decided to migrate to Britain, and since then, we have never communicated. I have been looking for ways to contact Kimberly to inform her about the recent passing of her grandmother. She was her favorite granddaughter because they have the same interest in dresses, and I am sure that Kimberly will be devastated when he hears about this unfortunate event.

I would appreciate it if you can provide any information about Kimberly. If your schedule permits, we can arrange a meeting to talk about this. You can phone me at 714-485-1258.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Best Regards,

Joyce Smith
