Dear Sir or Madam,
I am Sonya. Hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction. As We got to know that your company is going to increase the insurance amount for car.
I have been managing my car insurance with your company for the last 8 years and my insurance policy number is 8101023457-115-2. As I am already paying a higher amount which every month than that of some of my colleagues and relatives. Moreover, you can check my existing record in last 7 year I didn't made any accident. I get services my car always every 40000 kilometers. For Illustrate I have attached the service's slip online with my Id. The 20% increase in monthly insurance payment is not acceptable for me.
I would really appreciate if you could write me back with an explanation of why such an increase is needed when others have not done so. I request you to reconsider the decision, otherwise, I am afraid I will have to move my car insurance policy to another company.I am looking forward to receiving your prompt response as soon as possible.
