Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to complain about the problems encountered while living at your downtown tower property. It's been six months we have been living in here and paying rent punctually. But there are a few problems associated with the kitchen, furnace, etc. Also, I would request you to look out for another tenant who can share the spare bedroom.
Initially, when we moved into the apartment all the kitchen wood compartments were in good shape but they are rotten from the bottom and need dire replacement. Furthermore, the winter are round the corner and the heating unit is incapacitated because of it our rooms are unable to maintain a warm temperature. However, we are using an auxillary room heaters which can work temporarily but we need to repair it as soon as possible.
Would it be possible to rent out the 4th room? It will help us to split more rent and make our stay economic. I can recommend one of my friends who is interested to move in next month. I am attaching the list of all items that need your attention for the renovation of the house.
