Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is John Paul and I am one of the participants of Management Skills Course organised by you. I am writing this letter to give my input regarding the course.

The two days course was to improve basic management skills of managers and their staff members. It included both academic as well as practical content. Many local companies were registered with the course since it is a popular and valuable opportunity for officials at managerial levels and staff, too.

I would like to appreciate the efforts purely made to bring betterment in the field. Various examples quoted in the presentation were quite an eye opener because participants were triggered by their relevancy and usage.

However, I would suggest you that it would have been excellent if those examples had explained by the speaker. Many participants were reading articles about those examples on google when speaker mentioned them in the presentation since those were not elaborated.

I look forward to availing this kind of opportunity whenever and wherever it would be organized as I found it immensely beneficial.
