Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing this letter to express my utter annoyance regarding your reputated restaurant meal and services as well as blunders which we received by your stewards.
I am patronising and frequent guest of you restaurant. this weekend I organised a surprise birthday supper for my friend. I suppose I always had a good experience at your hotel because of delicious food, hygiene and the marvellous view outside, always exquisite decoratations.
Last time I visited everything changed into a nightmare when the receptionist denied to have us there at first but after 15minutes of trying she finally let us in. after that stwerds served my friend non vegetarian food which she strictly ordered vegetarian for her. I had the chicken which was uncooked and chewy. Other fella came and dropped the red on my white clothes. On dessert the banana pudding was cold.
Being in the hospatiality industry I can completely understand the word load and stress however this is not the way to upset send a guest home unhappy. I want you to organise the training for them to teach recovery and the standard protocols.
