Dear Manager,
I am writing this letter to exude my complete dissatisfaction over the service of your staff and hotel. I am being a regular foodie and customer to your hotel, I was disgusted yesterday by the uncivil behavior your staff executed.
To start with, I have planned my dinner last night at your hotel with my loved ones knowing that your hotel serves a delicious food. It was the first time when I was with my family ended up arguing with your staff. The reason for the argument is the replacement of food item with non-vegetarian and I completely make hold of your new manager, who incessantly ignoring my humble request for the items. Moreover, the service of food items have been prolonged and our interest in the dinner has been ravaged.
Secondly, I would like to bring to your notice that despite my argument, he billed me with a huge amount of Rs.2500 and that too on a non-accountable food we received. I would like you to take an immediate action and look into my case and revert the amount I have paid.
