Dear Sir/Madam,
my name is Ada Isong, I was at your restaurant in Golden Valley yesterday. I am writing you this letter to express my annoyance and dissatisfaction with the meal i was served.
I ordered a veggie burger, but surprisingly, I was given a beef burger. The annoying part is that I have already taken a bite from the burger before I realized it was not what I ordered for. this has caused me a great grievance because I am allergic to meat, especially beef.
Even when I was complaining to the waiter about the mix up in what I demanded and what he served me, he showed a lackadaisical attitude. he just stood there with his hands fold and yell for me to get out. that is an uncivilized attitude and very unprofessional. behaviour like that should not be tolerated from any member of the staff.
I want an apology from the waiter for this cruel behaviour and I want the restaurant to cover my allergy treatment.
