Dear Manager of Regal Theater,
I visited your branch of the Regal franchise last Friday night with my girlfriend, Nicole. We were there for the premiere of Jumanji. As we were walking in the theater towards our seats, Nicole did not notice the narrow steps in the hallway and lost her balance. As she fell down, her dress got caught by the sharp edges of the seat nearby... Thankfully she did not get hurt severely, and only a small band-aid provided by a courteous staff member stopped her arm's minor bleeding.
I believe the incident, however minor, could have been avoided had there been more lighting in the hallway. Moreover, even in case of a malfunctioning light fixture, a handrail would have been very helpful in regaining her balance... And last but not least, the seats' edges are too sharp, and they can easily bruise a person or damage clothes.
The brilliant visual quality and sound system at Regal franchise are second to none, and I hope such other facilities be held to the same standards.
Thank you very much for your time and consideration,
Yours faithfully,
Hugh Jackman
