You work at home and have a problem with a piece of equipment that you use for your job Write a letter to the shop or company which supplied the equipment In your letter 1 describe the problem with the equipment 2 explain how this problem is affecting you

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction over the printer which I purchased last week and here is my receipt number: 22003345.

It worked fine for 2 to 3 days. However, since then it is having connectivity issues, This issue is sporadic due to which I am unable used it. Besides this, whenever it prints the letter are not sharp as shown in the broucher. I have contacted the customer and they are unable to find the root cause. And asked to me to contact you for replacement.

I am a lecturer, and frequently, make lecture handout notes for my students, so that it can help them in understanding the classes. Since the problem started, I have not been able to bring printed study materials for my pupils and it is getting difficult for me to teach without them. This is not only making the teaching strenuous for me but also giving students a hard time understanding the topic.

This experience was entirely unacceptable, and I would like to request a full refund or the complete replacement of the existing printer.

I would appreciate it if you can look into this matter at your earliest convenience.

Yours Sincerely,
Sam
