Dear Sir or Madam,
This letter is to complain on the laptop that I bought from your good company last week. It is malfunctioned and the major problem is the keyboard which is not working correctly.
It often show the different alphabets from my typing command. For instance, when “A” key was pressed, the letter “S” was wrongly displayed. There are four more different keys such as “Space”, “I”, “O” and “U”, with similar issues. This defect disturbs my everyday job since the nature of my work includes a vast amount of report writing. Furthermore, this results the loss of man-hours and my company is warning for being not able to provide the necessary reports as per schedule.
As the follow-up action, I would expect to get a replacement unit as soon as possible to continue my work. It is not required to have the same specification as my unit and as far as it is able to type the correct words and generate reports, I am fine. In the meantime, I would expect my laptop receiving required servicing since it is still under warranty.
