* say what you want the shop or company to do.

Dear Sir,

Yesterday I bought a Dell laptop in your shop to support my job from home. After reaching home I installed the required software necessary to support my work. Unfortunately, the microphone inbuilt is not working properly. I am extremely disappointed to see my brand new item not serving the purpose.

While discussing with your salesperson I made it clear that I need the piece to carry out my job from my residence. In next two days I have a teleconference call scheduled with team and my boss. When I made a test call I discovered that my voice is not recognized, and I bought it for the main purpose to conduct teleconference with my team. Now this impacts my upcoming tasks to carry on for the rest of the week.

I want to register my dissatisfaction with the product which I purchased in your shop. Finally, I need an immediate replacement of the equipment, ensuring its accessories are in a proper working condition. I hope you understand my situation, and I look forward to your co-operation in getting this resolved at the earliest.

Yours faithfully,
Submitter.
