Dear sir,
I am writing to address the issue with the LaserHP Samsung printer which I had bought from your shop two days ago, on Nov 7th.
The machine is malfunctioning and the page is jammed causing ink to blurr. I have read user manual thoroughly and tried many different papers, but the problem is still persisting. Also a strange voice is coming from the printer and an error message flashed endlessly.
This has affected my work as a a freelance poster designer badly as I have to give hardcopies to my customers. I had to drive an hour to market downtown and had to wait another hour to get the designs printed from a small stationary shop which is obviously inconvenient.
The machine is brand new and within the warranty period. I can demand for it's maintenance. However, due to urgency it would be appreciated if you get it replaced as I have a meeting with my client this weekend. I could drive to your shop and return this faulty printer today or tomorrow in exchange of a new one.
