Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to let you know that I had decided to leave this prestigious organization by the end of next month.
Let me explain in more detail. I have got another job opportunity at a managerial level where I would be responsible to handle the entire recruitment department across the MEA region. In addition to that, I would have a team of a total of 5 employees to manage, and I believe this role would help me to polish my leadership skills at an advance level.
I understand that the company has the policy to tender one month's notice in advance. Therefore, I would like to submit my resignation with 30 days’ notice per the company’s standard, thence my last working day would be 30 December 2020 in the organization. I must say that Parsons is one of the best origination in the region as it has built a huge reputation among employees because of its friendly policies, competitive pay rates, and career path for them.
