Dear Mr. Khaled,
I am writing to express my interest in working in our head office in Australia for a few months.
As you know, I have been recently promoted to sales manager, so I would like to enhance my skills and my knowledge by exploring new cultures and challenges, and I think the best place possible to do this, is our headquarters in Sydney.
Since I will be gone for a while, I have talked to my assistant Osama, who is talented, committed and most importantly has a good understanding of the job, I will handover ally my work to him, so you do not need to worry about this; moreover, I will be in touch with him if he needs any assistance.
Finally, I would like to ask you for both your support and advice. Firstly, if there is anything that you can do to convince the head office to finish the transfer as soon as possible; furthermore, It will be my honour to get any advice from you regarding this matter.
