Dear my manager
I am writing this letter to inform you I really demand to work at the head office in Boston.
As you know, my wife is pregnant and her family lives in Boston. Therefore, because of her condition, it is necessary to be there until the baby will be born. I think it gives me about six months to return.
During these years, I have trained my assistant and since she experiences everything about my work, she is capable to manage the entire thing in my absence; my cellphone is available all the time. Although I am not in my office, I can handle all my duties remotely and there is nothing to concern about.
I wonder to know if it is possible for the company to send me to work at the head office, I will ask your support to arrange the plan of my overseas.
