Write a letter to your manager. In your letter:
Explain why you want to work in the company’s head office for six months
Say how your work could be done while you are away
Ask for his/her help in arranging it
Dear Mr John,
I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter with regards to my recent proposal for our upcoming elite project.
As you know, we are responsible for the service delivery and security part of this project. Let me explain you in more detail, In order to complete certain tasks like internal audits, compliance check, and awareness training. I think it is necessary to have my presence in our main office from this quarter to until text as these are a critical task which required my assistance to finish it.
However, I am aware of my pending job for the R2 project, and I had given instructions to Jim and Kim to follow-up with the customer. Although, I will not be available for face to face meetings, but I can attend through skype calls.
Finally, I would be grateful to you, if you can help me with getting an approval from our senior manager for this business visit.
Thank you.
Yours Faithfully,
Chris
