Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to take your permission to grant me a transfer from our Mumbai office to Delhi head office due to medical treatment of my wife.
As you aware that in Mumbai, I am staying with my wife and recently she got affected with one of the serious diseases called "Loveria". Doctor has told her to take complete rest and take some break from office schedule and go out. As her parents are staying Delhi, I want to shift for six month from Mumbai to Delhi for her medical treatment. In Delhi in my absence her parent will take care of her so that I can work peacefully in office.
As our Mumbai and Delhi server connectivity is too strong, I am ready to work from our delhi head offices also. Though, I will be away from Mumbai office but still I can co-ordinate with in the team and will manage my entire work portfolio.
I, Therefore request you to talk to our Executive director and take his permission to allow me to work from head office for six month. this support from your end not only help me to take care of my wife but also it will allow me to be connected with our office and work. I would like to give you my 100% assurance that in spite of I am away from Mumbai office, I will make sure that the work should not suffer because of me.
