Dear Mr. Harry,
I am writing this letter to let you know about a training that I found useful, and would like to attend it because it will be of immense use to my work and to the company at large. Kindly, use your good office to present it to the management for approval and
if possible, sponsorship.
I saw an advert in the weekly Techno magazine last week Saturday about 'Project Management For SAP' course for professionals in Project Management field and the training is going to include how to use all the features of the new SAP software we just deployed on our network.
I am soliciting for the company's approval to attend the training and any financial assistance towards it.The course is for a period of 4 weeks and the time is 12pm to 5pm daily. Kindly grant me the days off and I had already arranged with my colleague , ' Joann Robbins' , she has agreed to combine my job role to hers and I will also come over the weekend to make up for the time lost. In addition to this, I am always ready to work extra hours in the office after the training if the occasion demands it
Needless to say, the course of enormous advantage to the company as well because it will save us a huge amount of money spent on maintenance of SAP software. I can also arrange an in-house-training for my colleagues to share the acquired knowledge and this is also an added bonus.
