Essay topics:

You work for an international company. You have seen an advertisement for a training course which will be useful for your job.
Write a letter to your manager.

In your letter,
describe the training course you want to do
explain what the company could do to help you
say how the course will be useful for your job

Dear Mr Saikumar
I have recently come across an advertisement for an ANSYS Training course which has an extensive curriculum, and its application is comprehensive in our sector. Since it is a webinar, the institute is offering at a reasonable cost than its marked price. Additionally, they are offering a ten percent discount for signing up early, that is before the 12th of October.
The company can sponsor me on this course, as I am working on a crucial project related to Nuclear Energy. It is quite evident that gaining this skill will assist us adequately in solving multiple problems. We have the licenses version of this software, but we are not capable of using all its features. The latest version is not only adroit in working, but also less time-consuming in analysing the product. On learning this software, I can train the other design engineers as well.
Since we design engineers have to scrutinise the product by testing on softwares and then modifying it as per the results. This software has advanced features which can evaluate multiple problems simultaneously saving us more time. Furthermore, the nuclear project which we are working on needs to be examined very carefully, a small error can prove fatal to our company.
I am looking forward to your approval.
Yours faithfully,
Shreyas Parab
