Dear Madam,
I am writing this letter with regards to the 12 hours of sitting job that I do here as a pedicurist and I am really worried about the swells on my feet.
As you know since Jenny has been on leave since 2 months, I am putting more hours to fill in for her clients appointments. I spend most of the 12 hours cleaning, shaping and polishing tow nails and this is giving me pain in my feet.
I am managing this but suggest you to kindly get other staff to also do Jenny’s work also not just me. I can do hair cut and facials to give relaxation to my feet if other staff cover pedicures.
I think if all girls work on different jobs, it can be good for Casa salon as all staff can know every type of job.
I am really hoping that you consider health situation and make some changes to our working schedules. Hoping to hear from you soon.
